Martin Center Membership Survey
Your Martin Center Membership Committee is very interested in learning about our current members, how you use the Center, how you might appreciate the Center even more, and ideas of how we all might bring in new members. We have developed the survey below so that you can complete it online and send it back to us. We will use this information as a committee to plan new strategies for growing our membership.
There are three ways that you can easily complete and send/bring this survey back to us:
- Print it off your computer, fill it out, fold it in thirds, seal and stamp it and mail back to The Martin Center, 960 Heritage Way, Brentwood TN 37027.
- Bring it to the Center the next time that you are in, during the next two weeks, and leave it at the front desk.
