Fitness Classes at the Martin


BOOT SCOOTIN’ BOOGIE : LINE DANCIN’.

No boots and no experience required. Join us the last Friday of each month at 10:00.  The group will be lead by Shirley Breece so you know you’ll have fun.
No charge.  October 31st and November 21st

Beginner Tai Chi Thursdays, 9-10

Cost: $9.00 for members and $12.00 non-members
Martin members agree that Tai Chi quiets their minds, breath deeper, improves balance and coordination.
